What counts as a message? Each question a guest sends Otis is one message, like "What's the Wi-Fi?". Otis's replies, alerts to you and your own changes don't count.
What 2,000 looks like: a 3-bedroom holiday let typically uses about 50–100 a month, a 5-room B&B around 250, a 40-pitch campsite around 700, and a busy café or pub up to 2,000.
Going over? Otis keeps answering. If it happens often we'll talk about the right plan, and guests are never cut off mid-stay.

You're only charged for the spaces you add. Message allowances are fair use: Otis never stops answering mid-stay. Prices exclude VAT. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
Questions, answered.
Does it work with Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes. Bellhop Co-Host runs alongside them: share your space's link in your booking messages and on the printed QR sign. There's nothing to connect and no API access needed.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Otis lives on a web page that opens instantly on any phone, and guests can save it to their home screen if they like.
What languages does Otis speak?
Otis replies in whatever language your guest writes in, using the information you've provided.
What if Otis doesn't know the answer?
Otis tells the guest it'll check with you and never guesses. The question shows up in Insights, and once you answer it there, Otis knows next time.
When do I get alerted?
For emergencies, anything broken, lockouts, complaints and requests that need your say-so, like late checkout or bringing a dog. Everything else, Otis handles.
How does billing work?
You add a card when you start your free trial, through Stripe's secure checkout. Nothing is charged for 14 days. After that each space is billed by its kind of place: £25 a month for a holiday let, B&B, campsite, café or pub (Stay), and £59 a month for a hotel or coworking space (Venue). Pay yearly and get two months free. With 5 or more spaces on a plan, each drops to £20 or £49. Add or remove a space and the price adjusts on your next bill. Receipts arrive by email, and you can change your card or cancel from your account.
Is there a limit on guest messages?
Each Stay space includes 2,000 guest messages a month and each Venue space 10,000, which is far more than most places use. It's fair use, not a hard stop: if a busy month goes over, Otis keeps answering your guests and we'll get in touch about the right plan. Guests are never cut off mid-stay.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in a couple of clicks. You won't be charged during the 14-day trial if you cancel before it ends.
