How it works
By default, Otis replies in whatever language the guest writes in. You write your information, rules and tips once, in your own words, and he does the rest.

Want something different?
In Basics, there's a Language box with an instruction for Otis. It starts as "Reply in the language they write in", and you can change it, for example to always answer in Welsh and English.
The chat is what switches language: your page's buttons, tiles and the text you've written stay as you wrote them.
