However many places you run, there's one Inbox. It has two halves.

Alerts

Everything Otis has flagged for you: emergencies, urgent problems, requests, questions he couldn't answer, and stay code activity. Open one to see the details, with a link to the conversation it came from. When it's dealt with, tap Mark resolved, and you're back to all caught up.

Conversations

Every chat guests have had with Otis, so you can see exactly what they asked and how he answered. It's the quickest way to get a feel for what your guests need, and to spot anything worth adding to your page.

When a guest asks for their chat to be removed

Open the conversation and tap Delete this conversation. Its alerts go with it. Guests can also delete their own chat from the bottom of your page.
