Open your space and find Notes for Otis, under Behind the scenes. Only Otis sees these notes, never the guest page. He uses them to answer questions your page doesn't cover.

What to put in it

• How things really work: "The boiler resets with the red button underneath."
• What you'd suggest: "If it's raining, the museum in town is free and good for kids."
• How you like things handled: "If anyone asks about bringing a dog, it's fine, just let me know."

What to leave out

Door codes, key safe numbers and alarm codes go in Private info, behind your stay code, not in your notes. That way only the people staying can unlock them.
