Questions and answers: answer once, never again

Every place has its own questions. Is there a hairdryer? Can I charge my car? Is the beach dog friendly? Where's the nearest cash machine?

Write it once

Open your space and go to Questions and answers. Add the question the way a guest would ask it, and your answer. Guests see your answers on your page, and Otis uses them in the chat.

Let your guests write the list

You don't have to guess what people will ask. When Otis gets a question he can't answer, it appears in Insights. Tap Answer, write your reply once, and it's added to your Questions and answers automatically.

A good rhythm: check Insights once a week, answer anything new, and watch the list of unanswered questions shrink.
