Your menu, checked

Upload your menu and your allergen sheet as a PDF or a photo, then check the text Otis will read and tick the box. Until you've ticked it, he doesn't use it, and if you edit the text, it needs ticking again.

Careful with allergies

Otis only says what a dish contains, or is free from, when your checked allergen sheet or your dietary notes say so. He never works it out from a dish's name. If something isn't covered, he says he's not sure and to ask the team. Every allergy answer ends by asking customers to confirm when they order. If someone mentions a severe allergy, he alerts you so the team knows before they order.

Quiz nights, live music, live sport, happy hour, Sunday roasts. Add them under What's on and offers, and customers can see what's coming up.

The everyday stuff

Opening hours, food times, how ordering works, the card machine, toilets, high chairs, step-free access, the beer garden, and whether dogs are welcome. Add it once under the right section and Otis handles the rest. Café and pub pages skip local tips, because you're the place to go.
