Otis for campsites and glamping

Campers ask a lot of questions, usually while you're mowing a field or towing a caravan. Where are the showers? Is there a water point? When does the shop open? Can we have a campfire?

Facilities, with hours

Add your showers, toilets, laundry, shop, campfires, BBQs, electric hook-ups, water point, playground and recycling, each with its hours and details. Each becomes a tile campers can tap, and Otis answers from all of it.

Built for poor signal

The first time a camper opens your page, a copy is saved on their phone. If the signal drops at the far end of the site, or they open it again where there's none, Otis still answers the everyday questions from the saved guide, and any message for you is sent as soon as they're back in range. Put your QR sign somewhere with signal, like the entrance or the shop, so everyone opens it on arrival.

Codes, kept private

Gate codes, shower block codes and the like go in Private info, behind a stay code, so only the people camping with you can see them.

Extras and requests

Firewood, breakfast hampers, bike hire, fire pit hire, ice packs. Otis mentions them when they fit. Requests that need you, like a pitch change, an early arrival, a late departure, or an extra person or vehicle, come straight to you.
