Get the app
Bellhop installs straight from your browser, no app store needed. In your dashboard, tap Get the app and pick your phone. We'll walk you through it in a couple of steps.
How to
- Open your Bellhop dashboard on your phone.
- Tap Get the app and follow the steps for your phone. On an iPhone, that's Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Open Bellhop from the new icon on your home screen and turn notifications on.
On an iPhone, alerts only come through when you open Bellhop from the home screen icon, not from Safari. That's Apple's rule, not ours.
Choose what rings
In Notifications, choose how you hear about urgent problems (broken things, lockouts, complaints) and requests (late checkout, extra guests, questions Otis couldn't answer). Emergencies always reach you. Everything also lands in your Inbox.
Text alerts are coming soon. Until they're switched on, alerts reach you as notifications from the app, which is one more reason to get it on your phone.
