What guests ask about

Questions are grouped into topics, like Wi-Fi, getting in, and problems, over the last 7, 30 or 90 days. If one topic keeps coming up, it's often a sign that something on your page or in the place itself could be clearer.

When a guest asks something your information doesn't cover, Otis says he'll check with you, and the question appears here. Tap it, write your answer once, and it's added to your Questions and answers. Guests see it on your page, and Otis uses it from then on. If it's not worth answering, tap Not worth answering to clear it.
