Print your QR sign, and where to put it

Guests find Otis by scanning your sign. Here's how to print it, and where it works best.

Your page is only useful if guests open it. The easiest way in is a QR sign: they point their camera at it and your page opens. No app, no typing.

Printing it

Open your space and tap the QR sign tab. Your sign is ready, with your name, logo or cover photo, the QR code and the link written out. You can show your Wi-Fi details on it too, or untick that if you'd rather keep them on the page. If you've locked the Wi-Fi password behind your stay code, the sign leaves the password off and tells guests to enter their stay code instead. Tap Print sign.

A card for every room or desk

At hotels and co-working spaces, you can print a card for each room, desk or office. Type them in (for example "1-20, 101-118, Garden Suite") and you get a sheet of cards ready to cut out. When someone scans the card in Room 12, Otis knows they're in Room 12, and so does any alert he sends you.

Where to put it

You can also send your link in booking messages and confirmation emails, so guests have it before they arrive.
