Otis for B&Bs and guesthouses

Breakfast times, dietary needs, a stay code for every booking, and someone to answer while you're making the beds.

Running a B&B means being everywhere at once: in the kitchen, at the door, on the phone. Otis takes the questions so you can get on with the hosting.

Breakfast, sorted

Add your breakfast times and where it's served. Otis answers "what time's breakfast?" any time of day, and guests see a reminder half an hour before it starts, and a note while it's being served. Add your dietary options too, so vegans, coeliacs and the dairy-free know what to expect before they come down.

A code for every booking

Front door codes and room codes go in Private info. Tap New stay for each booking and pick the dates: those guests get their own stay code, which keeps working until the end of the day after they leave.

Little extras

Picnic hampers, packed lunches, an evening meal, prosecco on arrival, late checkout. Add them under Extras, and Otis mentions them when they fit. Requests that need you, like a late checkout or an extra guest, come to you as a request.

The guest lounge and honesty bar

Add your facilities, like the garden, guest lounge, honesty bar or bike storage, each with its hours. Each becomes a tile guests can tap.
