Is the room free?
Connect each meeting room's calendar link (from Google Calendar, Outlook, Nexudus, OfficeRnD, Skedda and others) and Otis checks it live before answering. If it's free, he shares your booking link. If it's busy, he says when it's next free.
Is Room B free at 2?
Room B is booked until 2:30, but it's free from then until 5. Here's the booking link.
Desks and offices
Print a QR card for every desk and office from the QR sign tab. When a member scans the one on their desk, any alert tells you exactly where: "Desk 14: the monitor won't turn on."
Membership perks
Free barista coffee, partner discounts, guest passes, member events. Add them under Membership perks and they show on the members' page, with Otis mentioning them when they're relevant.
How things work
Screens, printers, the heating, the coffee machine, lockers, showers, mail and parcels. Add them once and nobody needs to interrupt anyone again. Your page shows opening hours rather than check-in times, and skips local tips, because members already know the area.
