Otis for hotels and hostels

At a hotel, the same questions come up hundreds of times a week. What's the Wi-Fi? When's breakfast? Is the gym open? Otis answers them all, so your team can focus on the guests in front of them.

Know which room

Print a QR card for every room from the QR sign tab: type your rooms (like "1-20, 101-118, Garden Suite") and print. When a guest scans the card in their room, Otis knows where they are, and any alert tells you: "Room 112: the shower's not draining." Guests who come in another way can add their room number on the page.

Alerts for the whole team

Add team members' mobile numbers and choose which alerts each one gets, so the right person hears about a problem straight away. Team alerts go out by text, so they'll start arriving once text alerts are switched on. Until then, every alert is in your Inbox and on the Bellhop app.

Facilities, bookings and calendars

Add your restaurant, bar, room service, pool, gym, spa, housekeeping and more, each with hours and a booking link. Connect a calendar to the spa or a meeting room and Otis checks it live before saying whether it's free.

Extras and upgrades

Room upgrades, late checkout, spa treatments, celebration packages. Otis mentions them when they fit, and passes requests to your team rather than promising anything.
