No. He takes the repetitive questions (the Wi-Fi, breakfast times, parking) so you have more time for the conversations that matter. Anything that needs you comes straight to you.
Do guests need an app?
No. They scan a QR code in the room or tap the link in their booking message, and your page opens in their browser.
Can Otis take breakfast orders or bookings?
No. Otis answers questions and passes requests to you. He never promises anything on your behalf, so you stay in charge.
