Common questions.
Does Otis connect to my property management system?
No, and you don't need one. You tell Otis about your hotel once, or paste your website, and he answers from that. Booking stays in your own systems: he shares your booking links.
How does Otis know which room a guest is in?
Print a QR card for each room from the Sign tab. A guest who scans the card in their room is linked to it, and any alert tells you the room. Guests can also add their room number on the page.
Can my team get alerts?
Yes, you can add team members and choose which alerts each gets. Those go out by text, which is coming soon; until then every alert is in Messages, and reaches you on the Bellhop Co-Host app and by email.
Will Otis promise refunds or upgrades?
Never. He passes requests to your team and says you'll reply. He's also careful with complaints and accidents: kind, but he never admits fault.
How much does it cost for a hotel?
