Common questions.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. They scan your QR sign or tap the link you send with the booking, and your page opens in their phone's browser. They can save it to their home screen if they like.
Can I keep the key safe code private?
Yes. Put door and key safe codes in Private info and they sit behind a stay code that you send with the booking. Otis won't share them with anyone who hasn't entered it, and a new stay code switches the old one off straight away.
What happens if Otis doesn't know the answer?
He never guesses codes, prices or times. He tells the guest he'll check with you and passes the question on. You answer it once, and he knows it from then on.
Can guests ask in other languages?
Yes. You write your notes once, and Otis replies in whatever language the guest writes in.
