Is it safe to let an AI answer allergy questions?
Otis is deliberately cautious. He only answers from the allergen information you've checked and ticked, never works things out from a dish's name, says when he isn't sure, and ends every allergy answer by asking customers to confirm when they order. Severe allergies are flagged to your team.
Do customers need an app?
No. They scan the QR code on the table and the page opens in their browser.
Can customers order through Otis?
No. Otis answers questions; ordering stays however you do it now, at the bar or through your own system.
How much does it cost for a café or pub?
£25 a month per venue, or £20 each with five or more, with a 14-day free trial.
What if my menu changes?
Upload the new one and check it. Any edit to the text needs ticking again before Otis uses it, so he never answers from an unchecked menu.
