Does it work without phone signal?
Mostly, yes. The first time a camper opens your page, a copy is saved on their phone with your guide. With no signal, Otis still answers the everyday questions from it, and any message for you is sent when they're back in range.
Where should I put the QR code?
Somewhere with signal, like the entrance, reception or the shop, so every camper opens the page on arrival. After that it keeps working around the site.
Do campers need an app?
No. The page opens in their phone's browser, and they can save it to their home screen.
How much does it cost for a campsite?
£25 a month per site, or £20 each with five or more, with a 14-day free trial.
Can I keep the gate code private?
Yes. Codes go in Private info, behind a stay code you send with the booking, and a new code switches the old one off straight away.
