Which calendars and booking systems work?
Any that share an iCal (.ics) link, including Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, Nexudus, OfficeRnD and Skedda. Otis reads it every few minutes and never sees who booked or why.
Can Otis book meeting rooms?
No. He checks whether a room is free and shares your booking link, so members book through your own system, under your rules.
Can members use it on their laptop?
Yes. The members' page opens in any browser, on a phone or a laptop, from the QR code or the link.
What does it cost for a co-working space?
£59 a month per space, or £49 each with five or more, including desk numbers on alerts, a QR card for every desk, and three times the daily capacity. 14-day free trial.
What if a member asks something Otis doesn't know?
He says he'll check with your team and passes the question on. Answer it once in Reports and he'll know it next time.
