Under You, tap How Otis reaches you. Urgent problems and requests each have a Push and an Email switch, so you can have both, or just one. Emergencies always come every way. Each email says what happened, which place it's about, and has a button straight to it in Messages.
How to
- In your dashboard, tap You, then How Otis reaches you.
- Set the Email switches for urgent problems and for requests.
- Tap Send me a test email to check it arrives. The first one might land in spam: mark it as not spam and the rest will follow.
Your week with Otis
Every Monday, a short email: how many messages guests sent and how many Otis answered, what needed you, what guests asked about most, and any questions waiting for an answer in Reports. Answer those once and Otis knows next time. A quiet week gets no email, and you can switch the summary off on the same screen.
Forgot your password?
There's now a Forgot password? link on the login page. Pop in your email and you'll get a link that works once, for an hour. Setting a new password signs you out everywhere else, just in case.
