Your guest page only works if guests can find it. Until now that meant printing your own sign. Now there's an easier way: let us print it for you.

What’s in the kit
- A welcome sign for each of your places (up to 5), with your name, colours, logo and the QR code guests scan. It's A5, the size of the desk card above, and fits a standard stand.
- QR stickers for your rooms or pitches: up to 8 on the Stay plan, up to 40 on Venue. Each one opens your page already knowing which room it's in, so any alert says where to go, and the guest sees your notes for that room straight away.
- Table or bedside cards: 2 per place on Stay, 4 on Venue.
The stickers come from the rooms you've listed under Rooms (or Pitches) in setup, so list them before your trial ends. We leave the Wi-Fi password and stay codes off, because those change and printed signs don't.
What it costs, and when
It's optional and one-off: £19, or £49 for hotels and coworking spaces. When you start your free trial, it's ticked on the plan page, so untick it if you'd rather print your own. Nothing is charged today. The kit is added to your first payment after the trial, and we post it once that goes through. Cancel during the trial and you don't pay for it. UK addresses only for now.
How to
- List your rooms or pitches in setup, if you have them.
- On Plan & billing, leave Add a welcome kit ticked and start your trial.
- Add your postal address at Stripe's checkout, along with your card.
- Plan & billing shows where your kit is: waiting for your first payment, being printed, or posted.
Prefer to print your own?
That's still free. Your place's Sign tab prints the welcome sign, and now gives B&Bs and campsites a card for every room or pitch too, not just hotels and coworking spaces. The list starts from the rooms you've added in setup.
